There is no money up front and there is no fee unless we win. Our fee is set by federal law and sent to us directly by the Social Security Administration after your claim has been approved. The fee is 25% of the back benefits up to a maximum of $6000, whichever is less. If we do not win your claim, you owe us nothing. All future and ongoing benefits are 100% yours.
